We work with you and the courts to take care of all of the necessary details and "endless" paperwork from start to finish so that we can aggressively market and sell the probate or trust home for the highest price possible. 

We coordinate our efforts with your attorney, if you have one, and keep you informed of the probate or trust process with frequent updates. 

We explain and support you in each step needed; from the filing of the petition for probate, the letters of administration, the collection of documents, the  appraisal of assets, to the notice to creditors, to the marketing and sale of the home, until final distribution. As your probate and trust real estate specialist, Lauren will make herself personally and readily available to you and your family to educate you in the probate or trust process. We patiently answer all your questions and address any concerns about title, escrow and the real estate process regarding your probate or trust situation. 

Regardless of where you live, near or far, Lauren is only a phone call away so you can think of her as your “eyes and ears” regarding your estate and the probate process. We have a team of trusted, and referenced service providers which we can recommend to carry out often needed tasks such as locksmiths, appraisers,  painters, house cleaners, gardeners, pet sitters, personal estate liquidators, movers, storage facilities, contractors, short term lenders, etc. (we NEVER accept any compensation or referral fee from any of our service providers!)You are always free to use any service provider of your choosing but have comfort in knowing that provider services are available on short notice.
